Rule n ° 1 SUBJECT
The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Cocoons S.A and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the commercial site of Cocoons S.A whether the buyer is professional or consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Cocoons S.A.
Cocoons S.A reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Rule n ° 2 Characteristics of the products offered

These products and services are offered while stocks last.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors.
Rule n ° 3 tariffs
The prices appearing on the Cocoons S.A website are specified in euros, all taxes included or excluding taxes for professionals. These prices do not include the contribution to the shipping costs which will be automatically calculated at the time of validating the order. The shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the package.

RULE N ° 6 payment methods
Payment of the full price is due when ordering. It is carried out either by credit card, through the secure Paypal system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network.

RULE N ° 7 deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
From the date on which the ordered products leave our premises, Cocoons SA can no longer be held responsible for delays or damage caused during transport.
Delivery times are only indicative.
In the event of an unforeseen shortage of stock for an item ordered, the buyer will be notified immediately by Cocoons SA in order to inform him of the possible delay and allow him, if necessary, to cancel his order and obtain the immediate reimbursement of sums already paid.
RULE N ° 8 satisfied or refunded
Once the package has been received, you have fourteen working days to reconsider your decision. You can then return your product to us in its original packaging, at your expense. However, this provision does not apply to products on sale, promotion or with reduced prices. You will be offered an exchange with another product on the site. The exchange of items in your order will only be made after verification by Cocoons SA of the quantity and quality of the items returned to us. The products must not have been TRANSFORMED, used, nor have undergone any deterioration however minimal it and be in a state of perfect cleanliness. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs and new delivery costs.

The computerized registers of Cocoons S.A will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
RULE N ° 14 dispute settlement
These conditions of online sale are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of litigation, jurisdiction is assigned to the court of Verviers, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or call in guarantee.
